Velaikaran does not collect, access, track, or store GPS or real-time device location information.
Neither the Velaikaran Customer App nor the Driver App requires location permission.
Pickup and delivery are performed using the address and phone number entered by the customer when placing an order.
The Driver App does not continuously track or monitor the driver's physical location.
Where the relevant feature is available, the Customer App or Driver App may request camera or photo library access only when the user chooses to capture or upload an image.
For example, drivers may use this feature to:
Update their profile photograph
Photograph damaged items or packages
Verify items or packages
Provide photographic evidence related to an order
Images submitted through the Services are used for the relevant service, verification, support, or order-related purpose.
Our applications may require the following permissions depending on the features being used:
Internet Access: Used to communicate with Velaikaran servers, including for login, orders, delivery updates, image uploads, and other Services.
Camera / Photo Library: Used only when the user chooses to capture or upload an image.
Location: Not requested or used.
Velaikaran does not use GPS tracking, background location tracking, geofencing, or continuous location monitoring.
We may use push notification services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), to send service-related notifications.

A device notification token may be processed solely for delivering push notifications.
The notification token is not used to determine the user's physical location.
